That being said, I am making a change!
Many of you may have noticed (and many of you may have not) that I did not send out my monthly newsletter in August. I think that posting on my blog and sending my thoughts, perspectives, interesting stuff, and advice about real estate and life in Boulder County directly to your inbox via my blog is a much more efficient and green solution vs. snail mailing a newsletter every month.
The blog also gives you a chance to post a comment or reply and share your wisdom with others vs. the newsletter being a one-way form of communication.
I know that several of you have benefited from my monthly drawing via my newsletter. Well, that is not going to go away! As a matter of fact, I am going to amp up my drawing and make it better!
Watch for my blog in your inbox. Once a month I will randomly announce the winner of that month’s drawing. You will then have one week to contact me and claim your prize! (there is no obligation and no strings attached.) If you fail to claim your spoils, it will roll over to the next month. The following month’s winner will win the unclaimed goods along with the current month’s gift until the drawing goods are claimed!
I will still be sending out my biannual “Neighborhood Market Update” to those that are on my snail mail list – if you have not received my newsletter in the mail in the past then you are not on my mailing list. If you would like to be added, please contact me and I will be happy to add your name and address to the list so that you too can enjoy the benefits of my biannual market update and be kept informed which homes have sold in the past 6 months, which homes are for sale, and what is happening in the market in your neighborhood. Please note that I can only do market updates for neighborhoods along the Colorado Front Range.
If you know of anyone that would like to join the fun on my blog, or receive my biannual market update, they can subscribe to my blog directly from my website, and / or they can email me with their name and mailing address to receive the market updates twice a year in their mailbox.
