Love it (or not), Boulder can be a bit….shall we say……unique.
For me, this is one of the reasons I love living and working here! The earthy, laid-back, often off-beat, no limits lifestyle is all part of Boulder’s charm.
To quote the homepage of “Keep Boulder Weird”:
“Weird is good. This site is for Boulderites (to remind them about some of the things that can make Boulder special), for people who know Boulder (to confirm why they shake their head every time someone mentions Boulder), and for people who don’t know Boulder (to give them a false impression that Boulder is really this weird.)”

I do have to add two of my own. On the Keep Boulder Weird site under “Characters” I think they should have included Ibashi (the Pearl St Contortionist), and Gaffer (That Harp Guy – who by the way played at Joe’s and my wedding) – both Pearl St staples J
