At the close of another Christmas Day and a New Year right around the corner, I wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all well and thank you, most sincerely, for choosing me as your Realtor.  Whether we have closed on a purchase or a sale together, if you are just starting your home search, if you are quietly watching from the side lines, or if you are doing nothing more than reading this blog post, “Thank you!”  2013 was an amazing year for me, and I have all of you to thank for that!

 

If you are looking for a home to buy, I know that the pickings were slim in 2013 and at this time of year there is even less to choose from.  But rest assured I am still diligently searching the MLS every morning. 



Just because you may not receive an email from me with the most recent listings doesn’t mean that I am not looking – it is just an indicator of the current market. I am hopeful that a new year will bring new listings and that all of you that have been patiently waiting will be rewarded with that “perfect home” for you and your family.  

If you are thinking about selling, there are a lot of buyers out there!  Interest rates have crept up (and although still quite low…in the 4.75 range), listing your home now while rates are still good and buyers are plentiful is the ideal situation for a quick sale.


Keep in mind that a healthy market requires both buyers and sellers!

   Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!  You all make my job worth doing.  You keep me motivated, and remind me why it is import to be ethical, work hard, and keep in mind that what I do affects real lives and real families.  It is not about me it is about you, and that is why I strive to always look out for my client’s best interest, because at the end of the day doing the right thing is what is important.
