· Detached home sales improved 9.6 percent in September 2013 compared to September 2012; 308 units versus 281 units.
Month to Month Detached Home Sales
· Detached Home sales in September 2013 showed a significant drop compared to August 2013, down by 31.5 percent; 308 units versus 450 units.
Detached Home Inventory Trends
· The year to year inventory of detached homes for sale in September 2013 dropped 17.5 percent compared to September 2012; 1369 units versus 1661 units.
· The month to month inventory of detached homes for sale in September 2013 fell 8.9 percent compared to August 2013; 1369 units versus 1502 units.
Year to Year Condominium and Townhome Sales
· Condominium and townhomes sales improved a strong 21.0 percent in September 2013 compared to September 2012; 115 units versus 95 units.
Month to Month Condominium and Townhome Sales
· Condominium and townhome sales declined noticeably, down 36.1 percent in September 2013 compared to August 2013; 1115 units versus 180 units.
Condominium and Townhome Inventory Trends
· The year to year inventory of condominiums and townhomes dropped 30.4 percent in September 2013 compared to September 2012; 325 units versus 467 units.
· The month to month inventory of condominiums and townhomes for sale in September 2013 dropped 8.7 percent compared to August 2013; 325 units versus 356 units.
3rd Quarter 2013 Detached Home Sales
· Detached home sales in 3rd Quarter 2013 increased 16.6% compared to the 3rd Quarter 2012; 1265 units versus 1085 units.
· Detached home sales in the 3rd Quarter 2013 fell 4.8% from the 2nd Quarter 2013; 1265 units versus 1329 units.
3rd Quarter 2013 Condominium and Townhome Sales
