Average Interest Rate Through the Years!

Many Buyers are concerned about interest rates creeping up and it is not uncommon for a Buyer to express concern about the "high" rate of 4.5%.  However if you look at the history of  the "Average Interest Rates" over the years, we are still at a record low!

Rates are still low and it is still a good time to buy!

Take a look at the rates and graph below and suddenly 4.5% is looking pretty good.
