In follow up to may earlier post "5 Tips Buyers Would give Sellers if they Could", here is some advice from Sellers to all of the Buyers out there :)
In Boulder's (and surrounding counties) current competitive market - low inventory / high demand - any edge a buyer can get is worth the time it takes to educate yourself.
